Nestled in the northwestern reaches of Liurnia of the Lakes, the Three Sisters region serves as one of the most pivotal locations in Elden Ring. Accessible only after conquering the formidable Caria Manor and defeating Royal Knight Loretta, this estate grounds three imposing towers shrouded in perpetual fog. Exploring this sub-region opens up critical narrative pathways, unique merchant wares, and essential endgame questlines.

How to Access Three Sisters on the Map

To reach the Three Sisters sub-region, Tarnished adventurers must first clear the entire layout of Caria Manor located in northern Liurnia. After defeating Royal Knight Loretta in the upper pool garden, a rear exit door unlocks leading directly out into the misty courtyard where the towers stand. The area is guarded by powerful field enemies, including a roaming Glintstone Dragon that patrols near the central tower.

Overview of the Three Towers

The Three Sisters gets its name from three distinct mage towers known as Ranni's Rise, Renna's Rise, and Seluvis's Rise. When first arriving in the sub-region, Ranni's Rise situated on the western side is the primary tower open for exploration. Renna's Rise and Seluvis's Rise remain locked until specific milestones within Ranni's storyline are successfully achieved.

Key NPCs and Quest Interactions

Serving as the operational hub for Ranni the Witch, this region houses several essential non-playable characters. Pledging service to Ranni at the top of her tower introduces spectral versions of Blaidd, War Counselor Iji, and Preceptor Seluvis. Progressing through these character interactions unlocks access to hidden underground cities like Nokron and Nokstella.

Hidden Paths and Merchant Locations

Beyond the main towers, the perimeter of Three Sisters holds valuable hidden secrets for diligent explorers. By carefully dropping down the southeastern cliffs bordering Caria Manor, players can discover a hidden rooftop entrance leading to Pidia, Carian Servant. This secluded merchant sells rare crafting items, Larval Tears, and unique Ashes of War that cannot be acquired elsewhere.
